Clmbmor Mindset + Adventure Club

Clmbmor is a nonprofit wellness initiative I founded to support young Black boys in building emotional resilience, self-trust, and connection through movement, nature, and mindfulness. Rooted in neuroscience-informed and trauma-aware practices, Clmbmor blends adventure-based experiences with emotional intelligence to help participants explore both their inner and outer landscapes.

Through our Mindset Program and Adventure Club, which is available and open to all, we use climbing, running, breathwork, reflection, and storytelling as tools for regulation, confidence, and growth. Clmbmor is designed as a system of care—one that meets young people where they are and invites them into presence, possibility, and joy.

Film & Storytelling

I use film as a reflective tool—creating stories that invite pause, presence, and emotional understanding. These narratives extend my wellness work by offering space for people to see themselves, feel safe, and reflect without instruction.

Home

Home is a narrative short following a father and daughter on a “camping trip” meant to protect her from the truth—until nature reveals what silence can no longer hold.

A story of presence, loss, and love, Home explores how connection is rebuilt in the quiet spaces between words.

Funded by the Wading for Change Grant.

The Elephant Gown

A poetic short film exploring grief, rebirth, and ancestral healing.

The Elephant Gown centers vulnerability as a site of care and transformation, honoring emotional honesty as a form of strength.

Speaking, Facilitation & Program Design

Alongside my creative work, I design and lead wellness-centered experiences for youth, educators, and organizations. This includes speaking engagements, workshops, and long-term partnerships focused on emotional regulation, mindfulness, and community care.

My approach integrates neuroscience-informed practices, trauma-aware facilitation, and storytelling to create spaces that are grounded, reflective, and human.
